Biography
Chidozie Uzowulu graduated from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Anambra State Nigeria in 2004 where he obtained his L.L.B degree and thereafter was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005.
Chidozie is a specialized transaction lawyer with years of experience in corporate and commercial law practice. He has represented clients in various commercial/corporate transactions and has been involved in notable capital market, mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions. Chidozie worked for prominent Commercial Law Firms before setting up Chidozie Uzowulu & Associates (now CUA Legal).
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, Capital Market Solicitors Association of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK.
