Biography
Udochukwu Egesionu is a seasoned Lawyer and an astute administrator. He holds an L.L.B Degree in Law, and a B.L, from the Nigerian Law School. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. He also studied at the Northumbria University, Newcastle (United Kingdom) where he obtained a Master’s Degree in International Commercial Law and Trade.
Udochukwu Egesionu brings to CU&A his vast wealth of experience in International Contracts Negotiation and Documentation, Mergers and Acquisitions, Intellectual Property, E- Commerce law, and General Commercial Law Practice .
Egesionu is one who hits the ground running, He has a good eye for details and always strives to ensure that standards and quality of service are innovative and consistent.
He brings on board a robust combination of intrinsic Intellectual prowess and commercial accuracy.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association and Capital Market Solicitors Association of Nigeria.
